the penthouse apartment at Chalet Oryx exceeded our expectations. The cozy, fully-equipped space had ensuite bedrooms with comfy beds. The location was very convenient, close to restaurants and the Mont Blanc trails. Definitely coming back!

The penthouse at Chalet Oryx was absolutely amazing! The living areas were incredibly spacious and comfortable, with jaw-dropping views and plenty of natural light thanks to the large windows. It was the perfect space for our group of 6 to 8 people. The beds were super-comfy, perfect for a good night's sleep. The owners were incredibly nice and always responded quickly to our queries. The location was also perfect, right in the heart of the city. this was the most comfortable and welcoming property we have ever stayed in, and we cannot wait to return.

I absolutely loved the charming decor of the chalet. The traditional alpine style brought a cozy and homely feel to the entire place. The common areas were tastefully adorned with beautiful artwork and furniture, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere for all guests. As a senior woman, I greatly appreciated the accessibility of the hotel. The layout was well-designed, with wide hallways and elevator access, making it easy for me to navigate around the premises without any difficulty.

The only improvement I would suggest for a better vacation experience for senior people is the need for a handrail in the stairwell. While the staff at the chalet were incredibly helpful and attentive, I believe adding a handrail would provide added support and safety for older guests.

We had an amazing experience at this hotel. The value for money was exceptional, and the room was impeccable. The location was perfect, with easy access to restaurants, ski rental shops, and the main high street. The staff treated us with utmost care and even allowed us a late checkout to accommodate our baby's nap schedule. We will definitely book here again if we come back to this beautiful mountain town.

The food for breakfast could have been made better by offering a wider variety of options.

Loved the securely secured garden and terrace for my impromptu BBQ parties. The free WiFi helped me avoid actually skiing or golfing. Oh, and the seating and dining area were nice too.

And who needs a washing machine or strong wifi anyway? Definitely not me.
